Nutty Monkey bread

3 packets large biscuit dough
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 cup butter ( I use Land O' Lakes light butter with canola oil)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
extra 2 tablespoons diced butter

HOW2:
Mix sugar ,cardamom, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut biscuits into quarters. toss 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix at a time. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan.Sprinkle a layer of nuts and raisins as you make the layers place a few pieces of butter Continue until all biscuits are placed in pan. In a small saucepan, melt the Butter with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Once done allow the bread to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. If you like them to be more sticky you can make more of the brownsuagr glaze or top it with vanilla frosting just like a Cinnamon roll The bread just pulls apart. ENJOY! you may also top with more nuts and raisins .
