Hamburger/hotdog bread

1/4cup butter
1 cup milk
4 1/2 cups flour
1(.25)oz package yeast
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds(optional)
How2:
In a pot heat up the milk and butter until warm, dont boil.
in a mixing bowl add 1 cup of the flour, yeast, sugar and salt mix well. add the milk to the flour mixture. add the egg, then fold in the rest of the flour a little at a time until a dough ball forms.
shape the dough into balls or roll them out to form hot dog or mini sub rolls. place on a lightly greased baking sheet allow to rest for 20min or until they double in size. bake at 325DF for 20-30 mins or until golden brown. you may brush on an additional egg and sprinkle each roll with sesame seeds.
NOTE: To reheat you may sprinkle water on each roll and heat them in oven or microwave this will prevent them from drying.
