Mom's Stuffing

3 loafs bread
2 onions diced
1 celery heart diced
2 cans vegetable broth
1 1/2 tablespoon Bell seasoning or any herb poultry seasioning you can find
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
oil
In a bowl rip up the bread, add bell seasoning, salt, pepper.
in a pan on med-low heat saute the onions and celery until tender. set aside and allow it to cool down.add the cooled vegtables, eggs to the bread bowl mix well. it will appear quiet moist but moisture is what you need for this dish.

Bake at 350 DF for about 1 hour.
