Tandoori Chicken


1/2 Chicken
1/2 cup yogurt
1 lemon or 4 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons tandoori paste or 4 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
5 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon crushed ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt to taste
How 2:
In a bowl mix tandoori paste with yogurt,lemon,ginger,garlic,turmeric,salt.
Score the chicken and rub on the tandoori marinade, let sit over night in sauce.
cooking:
Preheat oven to 500DF
place chicken in baking pan bake for 30-45 Min's or until golden and cooked lower oven to 400 DF if it appears to brown before being cooked.
serve with rice or naan
