
2 1/2 cups rice crisps( 3 cups if larger cereal like kix,coco puffs,or Cheerios)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter or any type of nut butter eg:sunflower,cashew,almond butter.
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
pinch of salt (optional)
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (Optional)
How2:
In a sauce pan on med heat add sugar and honey stir until melts and boils. remove from heat add peanut butter stir until melted .in a larger bowl add cereal,nuts and mix in the peanut butter sugar mixture mix well, toss in the chocolate chips. place mixture into a greased 9x13in pan press into the pan. Allow to cool and become firm before cutting.
Enjoy a healthy snack no preservatives,corn syrup use any cereal you like
