
1lb ground beef or ground chicken
1 head of garlic crushed
3 tablespoons crushed ginger
4tablespoons of shan Bihari Kabab spice or use a mix of the following spices
(1-2 teaspoon each coriander,red chili,paprika,ginger,garlic,onion,black cumin,bay leaf,cardamom,dill seed,black pepper) place in a spice grinder or use ground and just form a mix)
3tablespoon yogurt
1onion finely diced
1/2 green pepper finely diced
3 tablespoon oil
How2:
In a pan in med-low heat add oil saute onions and green pepper cook until soft, turn heat off once cooked add garlic we don't want to cook the garlic just allow its flavors to come out. Allow 2 cool.
In a bowl add yogurt,salt,ginger, kabab spice mix,sauteed onion,peppers,garlic mix well.
Add meat and mix well . form meat balls then pat to form shape allowing for even cooking.
here are some onions where u can cook them:
on a hot grill,oven on broil or a hot cast iron pan on high heat.
Add the kabobs allowing it to get golden on one side lower heat to med-high cook for about 4Min's on each side depending on the thickness.
Enjoy with rice and fresh cucumber yogurt sauce.
