Chicken n'Vegi skillet



1 whole chicken breast cut into strips
1 chicken bullion cube
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
1/2 head garlic about 5 cloves crushed
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cloves
3 cardamom pods
1 bay lead
1 1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon signature spice mix of paprika,Amarillo,coriander,Cayenne,onion,garlic powder.( will be posted soon)
1 cup California mixed vegetables (carrots,cauliflower,and broccoli.)
4 tablespoon canola oil

How2:

In a large skillet or pot add oil on med-low heat add bell peppers and onions,saute for few Min's.

after onions and green peppers become a bit soft add garlic mix and add the rest of vegetables, add some of seasoning mix. remove in a plate set aside.

In a bowl add 1/2 the chicken cube and some of seasoning. on med heat add chicken to pot cook until brown for about 15 Min's. once browned add vegtables back rest of spices,tomato paste,water,chicken cube. cover bring up to a boil and lower heat cook for less than 1 hour or until chicken is tender and all vegetables are cooked a fragrant sauce will form. Enjoy with rice or alone.
