Red Pepper Humus


2 cans chickpeas
1 lemon
1/2 cup tahini or less to your liking
salt
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons red pepper paste
3 cloves crushed garlic

How2:
Start with My Authentic humus bi tahini Recipe 
In a pot add the 2 cans of chickpeas, place on med-high heat boil for about 10mins this will soften the chickpeas more making it easier to blend.
Once this is done place the hot chickpeas with their liquid into a blender or food processor.
Add, garlic, tahini sauce,lemon juice,olive oil, crushed garlic, and salt.
Puree until it comes together and becomes very smooth.  With a spoon taste to see if you need more salt or lemon adjust it to your liking.
Mix in red pepper paste, and cayenne pepper. Taste to adjust to your liking.

place in a plate garnish with parsley or more red pepper paste. ENJOY!
