
Here is my twist on Tandoori chicken :D
1 teaspoon of each:
turmeric,coriander,cumin,curry,gram masala
pinch Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
1 lemon juiced
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon salt or 1 magi cube crushed
1 1/2 cup yogurt or Kefer(its a thick liquid form of yogurt i love it for marinades)
1 tablespoon tandoori mix (mines was from the khalij)
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 whole chicken breast if its small 2 cut into cubes
How2:
In a bowl combine spices with red pepper paste,garlic,lemon,yogurt,salt,and tandoori powder.
mix well until a marinade forms it will be red in color u can taste it to see if you would like 2 adjust anything if you like more of other spices.(i always taste my marinade befor i add the meat) add chicken cubes and marinade for 24 hours.
Heat a grill or oven on high or on broiler place chiken on skewers or just in a sheet pan brush with some oil to prevent sticking. cook for 15-20Min's depending on what your cooking. serve with vegtables or rice. ENJOY!
