6 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons Sofrito
1 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 small onion sliced thin
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
How2:
Preheat oven to 350 DF
in a bowl mix sofrito,salt,black pepper,and oil. pour over chicken and marinade for 1/2 hour.
place in baking dish with onions bake for 1 hour or until golden and chicken is tender.
