Lemon Pepper chicken


4 Tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

pinch of Cayenne pepper

1/4 cup yogurt

2 cloves crushed garlic

3 tablespoons canola oil

1 whole chicken breast cut into cubes

1 teaspoons fresh lemon zest


How2:

In a bowl or plastic zip bag mix lemon pepper ,the lemon zest,Cayenne pepper,crushed garlic and yogurt mix well.

Add chicken pieces and marinade for 2 hours or 24 hours the more the better.


to cook u can put on skewers and brush with the canola oil and grill or in a cast iron pan on high heat add oil add chicken and allow 2 brown lower heat and continue cooking until done.


Serve with salad or rice
