
1 cup basmati rice.
3 tablespoons sofrito fresh or jar (goya green one)
1 cup sweet corn
2 cups chicken stock or water
1 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
4 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon oil
How2:
In a pan heat up the corn in oil add bay leaf,sofrito on med heat add stock or water salt ,and hot sauce. bring up to a boil. add rice,cover,and lower heat cook for about 20Min's or until rice is fluffy.
