
1 tablespoon ground ginger
4cloves crushed garlic
1 medium onion sliced thin
1cup shreaded carrots
1 cup diced green pepper or any color of choice
2 cups shreaded cabbage
1/2 cup shreaded zucini
1/2 teaspoon sesamie oil
package of spring roll or egg roll wrapers
1 teaspoons soysauce
2 green onions chopped
oil for frying
combo of flour and water to close the spring rolls
How2:
In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoons oil add the shreaded vegtables except green onion and sautee untill soft for 15 mins. add garlic, ginger and soysauce sautee for another 5 mins. turn heat off add sesamie oil and green onion wait for filling to cool. mix flour and wateruntill it looks like school glue use this at the end to seal the spring roll .wrap and fry untill golden
