Thai Yellow Curry



1 pound boneless chicken
1 onion sliced
1 (10oz) can coconut milk
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup pineapple
1 chicken cube
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons canola oil


How 2:
heat oil, sautee onion,garlic,and ginger.
add curry powder and tumeric add coconut milk. simmer for 15mins add chicken cube.
after 15mins add chicken and stirr reduce heat cover allow to cook for 20mins or until chicken is tender. add cilantro,and lime at end.turn heat off set aside add pineapple serve with white rice.
