1 Quick Dough
1/2 cup zatar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
How2:
Follow the easy dough recipe. roll it out into a 1/4in thick circle
mix zatar with oil if its dry you may add some more.
brush the zatar on the dough leaving the edges clean.
roll it up tightly. cut the pinwheels and place then cut side down on a cookie sheet. bake at 350D for about 18-20mins or until golden. ENJOY!

As salam aleikum. If you could find a recipe for menushi bread dough, I'd be forever in your debt. Mmmmm zatar menushi.
