Curry Couscous


1 1/2 cups couscous
3 cups chicken or Vegtable stock
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup carrot coins or diced frozen
1/2 cup chipped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon red pepper paste
1/2 teaspoon tumric
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt


HOW2;
In a pot heat up the frozen peas and carrots add vegtable stock,curry powder,red pepper paste,tumric,and salt. Bring to a boil, add couscous cover and turn the heat off. Allow it to steam and fluf up. once couscous is cooked and fluffy pour olive oil and toss with a fork top with cilentro. Enjoy warm or cold


Tips: you can add almonds,or rasins
