7 oz Sweetened condensed milk or half the can
1 tsp. Vanilla imitation or powder
1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 bag Milk chocolate chips
1 Cup Whole dry almonds
How 2:
Blend the condensed milk and vanilla in bowl.
Add the powdered sugar to the above mixture a little at a time, stirring until smooth.
Stir in the coconut.
The mixture should be firm.
Pat the mixture firmly into a greased pan, spread out the mixture but keep it intact with each other like a 1/2 inch layer.
Chill in the refrigerator until firm for about 30 minutes in fridge.
Remove the coconut mixture from the refrigerator and cut it into 1x2-inch bars.
Put 2 whole almonds on top of each bar. Set each coconut bar onto a fork and dip it into the chocolate. Tap the fork against the side of the pan or bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
Place tray inside fridge and let cool until chocolate hardens, enjoy!
