2 1/2 - 3 cups flour
1 package of yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water or milk

1-2 tablespoons cooking or olive oil
HOW2:
In a bowl add 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast,and salt. Add warm water and oil.
Mix for a 20 seconds. add remaining flour a little at a time while string with a spoon.
once combined turn the dough over a floured surface, knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. allow it to rest for 15mins.
cook according to your recipe
This dough can be used for Pizzas, calzones,fried dough, maneash, lahmi bajini and so forth. you may used bread flour, and whole wheat flour instead this recipes is very diverse.
what temp do I use to cook?
