Moist Chocolate Cake



2 cups sugar
1- 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder (i like HERSHEY'S
because of the quality &and antioxidants)
1 -1/2 teaspoons baking powder &baking soda
1teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil.
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup boiling water

how 2:
heat oven to 350 df grease 2- 9in pans. for one cake use a 13x9x2 inch pan, for a 8in pan this batter makes 3 small cakes.
in a bowl combine dry ingredients, add eggs milk,&oil.
and vanilla beat on med for 2Min's.
stir in boiling water (the batter will appear to be thin).
bake for 30-35Min's or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
cool completely and top with your fav frosting's or just a dusting of powder sugar and fresh strawberries.
