salt,pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Sauce:
1/2 onion diced
3 tomatoes cut up
3 cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon ground ginger paste
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt/pepper to taste
1 maggi cube
1/2 cup heavy cream or thick cream
2 Tablespoons ghee or butte
Start by adding chicken to a bowl with spices and set it aside.
In a pot add 1 tbs of the butter add onion,tomatoes, ginger garlic and cook for about 3mins until the tomato is softened.
Add spices and a splash of water if needed.
puree the mixture and add back into the pot.
add maggi cube and taste to see if it needs anything. allow it to simmer on low while you begin cook the chicken.
In a skillet add chicken tenders and cook on each side for about 4-5mins until golden.
Add sauce and bring up to a boil and reduce the heat. cook for about 25mins until chicken is fully cooked.
Lastly add the cream let it simmer an additional 10mins.
serve it with rice or naan bread with a bit of chopped coriander.
