Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8th teaspoon garlic powder
Remaining ingredients:
3 cups of cooked macaroni
1 teaspoon butter
In a sauce pan add butter followed by the flour, cook out the four taste for about 1-2 mins on med-low heat.
Add milk and whisk any clumps of butter flour mixture.
Once the milk begins to thicken add garlic powder,salt and pepper adjust as needed, followed by cheese.
Fold in macaroni and mix in the teaspoon of butter. The pasta will begin to thicken up slightly.
Add to a lightly greased baking pan 8x2 or any small baking dish.
Bake until golden. this recipe I baked in my sisters air fryer for about 5mins until golden.
Note:Adjust this recipe any way you like add various cheeses,and spices that fit your need.
