Black Bean and Lentil Stew

2 cups of lentils
1 can black beans
2 small onions diced
4 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 bay leaf
4 cups water
1 tablespoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/8th cup rice

How2:
in a pot add oil,saute onions until soft,add garlic cilantro saute 2mins until its fragrant.
Add lentils, add water cumin,salt,and bay leaves.
bring to boil cook 20mins until lentils are almost fully cooked.
Add black beans,bring up to a boil cook another 10mins.
Add rice, cook additional 15mins until rice is cooked and soup has thickened.
Serve up with some lemon, or as is.
