Spicy Jamacian Style (Jerk Marinade)

1 or 1/2 Scotch bonnet pepper or 2 chilies
1-2 tablespoons allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar

How2:
Place everything into a food processor or blender. Puree.
Marinade fish,poultry,red meats with it,cook in over,saute or grill!
