1 cup yellow/red lentils.
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tahini sauce
juice of 1- 1 1/2 lemons
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 cups water
salt
How2:
In a pot add about 2 cups water bring to boil and add the lentils reduce heat cover and cook until the lentils are soft. 1 cup dry lentils makes about 2 cups cooked.
In a bowl add garlic(crushed) 1 lemon juiced, and tahini sauce. mix.
Strain the lentils of extra liquid.
Add to tahini bowl, add cayenne and cumin. mix well taste to adjust the lemon and add salt to your liking.
It will appear slightly loose so once it cools it will be thick like humus.
Plate it up allow it to cool then drizzle with olive oil and decorate the plate with some paprika.
