Zatar and Cheese Sambosak

2 cups shredded akawi cheese(Or any salty cheese)
1-2 tablespoons zatar
1 teaspoon sumac
1/2 pack eggroll wrappers cut in half
to close it: mixture flour water to form Glue

How2:
The first step is to shred the akawi cheese, because its salty you have to soak it in a bit of water to extract extra salt.
In a bowl mix cheese, with zatar , and sumac.
Take the egg roll wrappers. place about 1-1/2 tablespoons filling.
Fold it closed as you like I have a step by step as to how to make the triangle shape.
Freeze until your ready to fry.
Once you want to cook, heat up oil place in cook until golden brown on each side.
