Red,White,&Blue Mini Cakes

1 white or yellow cake mix
eggs,oil,water(According to the box)
food coloring(Red,Blue)
Mini muffin or mini cake pan (any shape)
A few bowls for mixing colors
how2:
Preheat the oven to 350DF
In a bowl add the cake mix, In a smaller bowl combine water,eggs,oil mix well.
Add the water,egg,oil mixture to the dry cake mix. Mix well.
Divide the batter into 3 bowls.
Add red color into one bowl and blue in another leave the last bowl regular that will be the white part.
Mix the food colors into the batters.

Getting the layers:
In each pan add a tablespoon of red batter, followed by tablespoon of white batter, and followed by a tablespoon of blue batter. you may do this in any order. If your pan is bigger you may use more batter.
Repeat this until the pan is full.
This should make 48mini cakes.
Bake for 10-15mins until the cakes are cooked and  toothpick inserted comes out clean.
cool then remove from pan. you may addfrosting or leave as is.

TIP: you may use mini muffin papers that have been made specialty with foil if you do not have mini pan. You may also make them into regular size cupcakes it will make 24 cupcakes.
