Braised Turkey

1/2 of a turkey
1 onion
1/2 green pepper or chili
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon curry power
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper corns
3 cloves
2 -3 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon salt
Water (3-4 cups)
How2:
In a pressure cooker add spices,onion,garlic,salt,water,bell pepper.
Add the turkey check to see if you need more water( it should be just about  covering the turkey if you fill it to much it may over flow).
Turn heat up in high.
Cover the pressure cooker.
Cook for about 40mins on med-low heat.
Once its done turn heat off allot the cooker to rest so that you don't burn your self. this could take about 15-20mins.
Open the pot take turkey out place on serving plate.
You may make a gravy out of the broth but i just served it the way it was with some rice.
