Tajin Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

5-6 pieces chicken
10 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 large potato
1 sweet potato
4 pieces cardamom or 1 teaspoon ground
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/4teaspoon crushed black pepper
2 cloves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup broth or water

How2:
preheat oven to 450DF
dice the two kinds of potato, slice onions, crush 5 of the cloves of garlic.
Place the potatoes in the tajin.
In a bowl mix salt crushed garlic, spices, sea salt mix well.
Rub 1/2 of the mixture over the chicken and under the skin.
Place rest of mixture over the vegetables. toss with olive oil. add the water.
Place chicken over the vegetables, cover bake for 45mins or until vegetables are tender and chicken is golden. ENJOY!
