Simple Chicken n' Cheese Skillet

1 lb thinly sliced or shaved chicken
1 tablespoon Cajun blackening spice
1/2 green pepper sliced
1 onion sliced
pinch salt and pepper (optional)
4-5 slices of provolone cheese( you may use what you like)
1 tablespoon oil

How2:

In a large skillet add oil , saute the onions and bell peppers. on med-low heat.
once they are cooked increase the heat to high and add the chicken,( I used 1 lb of the thin chicken used for steak and cheese it cooks quicker, if you cant find this cut the chicken breast when its frozen you can achieve the same results)
add the spices to the pot. keep tossing until the chicken cook this takes about 5-10 mins depending on how thin the chicken is cut. Taste to see if you like any additional salt or pepper.
Reduce the heat Add the slices of cheese, allow it to melt.
serve it in a large place or even in bread as sandwiches!
