1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon crushed garlic1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon crushed ginger
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
2-3 drops natural red food coloring
1 lime juiced
How2:
In a bowl add crushed garlic, and ginger
to this add turmeric, coriander, cumin,cloves,cardamom,salt,and black pepper.
mix to form a paste with garlic and ginger.
To this spice mixture add yogurt and lemon juice.
Mix well.
After mixing add a few drops of a natural red food coloring.
Mix again be careful it may dye your hands so you may wear gloves.
set aside or use right away to marinade fish,chicken,meat, tofu and even cheeses like paneer
