Meat Samosa Recipe
I had previously posted a recipe for dough, here is post on how to form simple samosas.
- Form out the smaller balls of dough. Some people roll the whole dough out then cut them i find this overworks the dough, so I prefer to make balls first.
- With a lightly floured surface roll them out not to thick or to thin.
- Put the desired filling in add the amount according to the size samosa,I made mini ones so I used 1/2 teaspoon. if you over stuff them they may rip and open in the oil.
- I demonstrated the simple way with a fork,I do a fold on my edges but a video may be better to show how to do that.
