- Take egg roll pack cut in 1/2
- In a bowl make a mixture or water and flour to form a glue like consistency.
- Make any filling you prefer.Cheese Filling Recipe .
- Before working with the dough be sure to cover with damp towel.
- Take each rectangle cut dough place about 1/2 teaspoon or more f filling.
- wet one edge of the dough. fool the dough like a triangle over to the wet edge.
- wet the top and fold it in the other direction. keep folding triangle to triangle.
- wet the remaining edges and fold them over to seal it in.
Cooking:Fry them in hot oil for few mins on each side until golden brown.
