How To Work With Egg Roll Wrapers To Make Sambosak

  • Take egg roll pack cut in 1/2
  • In a bowl make a mixture or water and flour to form a glue like consistency.
  • Make any filling you prefer.Cheese Filling Recipe .
  • Before working with the dough be sure to cover with damp towel.
  • Take each rectangle cut dough place about 1/2 teaspoon or more f filling.
  • wet one edge of the dough. fool the dough like a triangle over to the wet edge.
  • wet the top and fold it in the other direction. keep folding triangle to triangle.
  • wet the remaining edges and fold them over to seal it in.
Cooking:Fry them in hot oil for few mins on each side until golden brown.
