Creamy Caramel Sauce

This is a very simple sauce you may notice Its use in a few of my recipes. I decided to make a separate post for this and I hope you enjoy it!

1/2 cup sugar 
1 table spoon butter
1 can heavy cream 

how2:
on med heat dissolve sugar stirring until it turns golden brown remove from heat and set aside.
heat up the cream in a bowl or cup.Add it to the dark sugar this will cause the caramel to be like toffee be careful adding the cream the sugar may splatter or bubble up i would reduce the heat and introduce the cream a little at a time while string ,allow any hardened sugar to dissolve again. .
 place in a bowl or glass container with a lid store in fridge once it cools down.
use it for anything, cakes,ice cream,coffee,fruit. ENJOY!
