Muhalabiya

6 tablespoons corn starch
4 cup milk , for vegans you may use water,
 soy or almond milk( i used 1% to make it less fat) 
2 teaspoons orange blossom water
4 tablespoons cane sugar or 1/4 cup agave nectar
Fruit or nuts for topping
How2:
In a pot add corn starch and milk when its still cold mix to dissolved corn starch. Add to med-low heat.
Add sugar followed by orange blossom water.
keep string until it comes to a boil.

when it boils it will begin to thicken so reduce heat to low to prevent burning.
be sure to keep string it will thicken more. once its thick place into bowls or one huge long bowl. top with fruit soaked nuts or atir .
