1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wax Paper
How2:
In a bowl add the beef, to it add seasoning salt,black pepper.
Followed by the Worcestershire sauce.
Mix it in but don't over mix(over mixing makes the meat tough)
Forming burgers:
To form the burgers divide meat into as many as you like.
take a sheet of Wax Paper, place a ball of meat into it.
take a 2nd piece of Wax Paper over the ball of meat.
Press firmly with your fingers.
To store them before cooking, stack them with wax paper in between them like shown in the pictures.
To cook:
You may cook in a skillet,bake them or grill.
In the pictures bellow i demonstrated how to pan cook them.
Heat a skillet on high heat.
Place burgers in you will hear a sizzle do not move them around this will allow them to brown.
lower heat to about med-low cook until you notice that 1/2 the burger is cooking it will appear on the sides that its cooking upwards.
Flip them after about 5-7 mins.
Do not press them this will make the juices flow out and make dry burgers.
continue cooking on other side until any juices run clear. when you push with your finger it doesn't bounce to much back. You may cook it to your liking I cooked mines well done.
