My Spice Essentials

Everyone asks me what spices i keep on hand, its hard to answer right away because after a while i collected kitchen essential i feel i needed to cook the range of foods i make. these are what i keep on hand.
SPICES:
Ground Cumin
cinnamon (sticks and ground)
Cayenne
Paprika
onion powder and dry flakes
Garlic powder and dry flakes
black pepper
Ground ginger
Saffron curry powder
dry oregano
dry mint
dry parsley
turmeric

SPICE MIXES:
Bombay biryani spice
Cajun spice
Mixed Indian spice
Kuwait mixed spice
UAE mixed spice
Falafel spice
Shawarma spices

SAUCES:
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
BBQ sauce
Tomato sauce/paste
Red pepper paste
