How2:
In a medium bowl, add cold walter. Soak potatoes in water to prevent oxidation (Turning brown). Remove from water, and dry thoroughly on paper towels.
Heat oil to 375 degrees F (TIP: you can insert a chop stick in the oil if it bubbles around the stick its ready and hot) Add potatoes, and cook until golden, 5 to 6 minutes. drain on paper towels. If you would like a much crispy fry it 2x first fry it untill cooked soft remove allow oil to come back up to temp and readd the potatos this will make a crispy golden fry. Season with salt and pepper.
