Coconut Macaroons



4 large Eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 8oz pack of shreaded sweendn coconut
pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350DF.
in a bowl add the 4 egg white and salt whip until they become stiff.Add sugar a little at a time while your continue to whip them until the egg whites are  stiff ( meaning if u remove the whisk attachment the egg whites form a peak). using a spatula FOLD in the coconut do not over work.
on wax paper spoon 1 teaspoon drops or u can use mini or large muffin papers.Bake for 15-20mins until outside is a bit golden. Enjoy!
