5 chicken legs
2 tablespoons oil
2 large potato's
4 cloves garlic
salt&pepper to your likeing
3 lemons juiced
1/4 cup water
2 medium onions.
In a baking dish(Pyrex is what i prefer) add chicken legs , onions salt, pepper, oil cover (covering helps us save the broth to make our sauce) and bake at 350d F for 20Min's or until chicken is cooked but not golden. Cut potato's into huge chunks and fry like you would french fries and set aside. crush garlic and add to the juice of the lemons set aside as well.
once chicken is cooked add potato's,lemon juice and water recover bring 2 a boil and allow chicken to brown. serve with bread or rice.
