Simple Steak with Vegtables


4 steaks of choice
2 table spoons Italian dressings
salt and black pepper
2 carrots .
1 green pepper.
1 packet of mushrooms.
1 large onion.
olive oil for cooking.
1/2 cup water


How2:

In a bowl add steaks and Italian dressings allow 2 marinade for 1/2 hour this gives the meat great flavor as well as tenderize. add any salt or extra pepper if wanted.slice all the vegetables and set aside.in a hot skillet bring to heat some olive oil.
Add steaks 2 pan, make sure to remove excess dressing because some contain sugar and it will just burn in your pan. add steaks in and do not move them around this allows for even cooking and that beautiful caramelized color.cook for about 15 Min's on each side you will notice its well done if u push it and the meat does not bounce back remove from pan and place on a plate. lower heat and add more oil if needed.saute the vegetables in the pan this allows the vegetables 2 soak up the flavors and juices of the meat once you have sauteed them for about 15 min add water and lower heat this will allows a sauce 2 form and give some extra cooking liquid for the vegetables 2 finish cooking in.once done re-add steak 2 heat threw and serve :D
