1 carrot; thinly sliced
1 cup water or chicken broth

HOW 2:
Heat oil in a pot; add the onions and cook until translucent.
Add the chicken, chicken cube, tomato paste and garlic; cook covered for 1 minute.
Add the water or broth; cook covered for 10 minutes.
Add the green peppers, red peppers, and carrots; cook for 2 minutes OR untill carrots are tender.
Serve with rice.
