Kabsa Flavored Chicken


4chicken thighs
1 medium onion chopped
5 cloves of garlic sliced in rounds
1 green pepper( or which ever color you like)
1 potato diced in cubes
1maggi cube (chicken)
1/2 teaspoon each
khaliji spice ( i used one from Bahrain)

dry coriander,white pepper,turmeric,ground cardamom,crushed loumi dried lemons,Cinnamon1tablespoon tomato paste
4 pieces cloves,cardamom pod
1/2 cup warm water
pinch of nutmeg

clean chicken and make inserts with a knife under the skin in a baking dish combine water,maggi cube,spices tomato paste mix well add vegetables ,once u add chicken make sure to coat with the sauce and set over nightbake at 350degree F covered until chicken is well done and the sauce become thick its about 1/2 hour to one hour if you find that it completely evaporated add more liquid. make rice on the side and enjoy.
