Cheese Pastry


cheese pastry

4 cups plain flour
5 tablespoon powder milk
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 table spoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup veg oil
1 cup water
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup fetta cheese
1 teaspoon dried mint
Directions
sift dry ingredents Add oil and water knead until smooth, cover stand until double in size.
prepare the filling by mixing cheese and mint.
divide dough into small ballas
roll each piece into flat circles fill with cheese fold as a cylinder
brush with yolk and bake on moderate heat until golden.
