Cucumber mint Yogurt (Laban bi kiyar)
2 cups yogurt
Salt to taste
¼ cup water
3 cloves garlic minced
1 table spoon dry mint
1 cup diced cucumber.In a bowl mix yogurt and water make sure its not to watery or to thick add mint,garlic,salt and cucumber chill and serve along side the lentil rice
this is great withthe lentle rice or just alone on ahot summer day to coll u right off!!
