7 oz akawi or nabulsi cheese
3 tablespoons fresh thyme

How2:
In a bowl add cut cup akawi cheese is extra salty so you need to cover with boiling water to release extra salt. allow it to sit for a few Min's. strain and place into a food processor with halomi cheese.
Pulse to chop the cheese.
To this add fresh thyme pulse again just enough to chop the thyme.
