1 large banana (frozen)
4 strawberries or 2 large ones (frozen)
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
Note:This makes about 1 large cup you may increase the serving The milk can be substituted for yogurt, soy milk,coconut milk,,almond milk.
How2:
When you freeze bananas the skin turns brown/Black but don't worry its not rotten the inside is still good. remove peel, chop into huge chunks/
Chop up strawberries as well.
In the blender add bananas, strawberries,Honey, Milk.
Blend for 2-3mins until the pieces break up the smoothies will appear thick.
Pour into chilled cup and enjoy!
