3lbs of a tender cut of beef ,or lamb
5 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons red pepper paste
1/2 cup lemon juice or vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed Arabic spice or all spice
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt
How2:
In a bowl or a large zip bag add garlic,vinegar,oil,spices except salt.
Add meat pieces.
Close bag and rub the meat.
Marinade 4 min-24max hours to allow the meat to become tender and flavorful.
you may cut them up into smaller pieces seasion with salt and grill up!
You may also use tenderloin and throw it on the grill as is instead of making kebab's.
