Note: this recipe can me adjusted to the
number of lemons you have. This is much tastier than the lemon juice found in bottles at the supermarket.
5-8 lemons
1/4 teaspoon citric acid
1 clean glass jar
lemon juicer
How2:
Cut each lemon in half, and juice them in a juicer.
Pour the lemon juice into the clean jar.
Mix in 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid. This will naturally perserve the juice.
cover jar , label,place in fridge up to 1-2 weeks.
If you have a greater amount you may freeze it.
